Problem: Greifers are hard to identify and track.

Discussion: Would it be difficult to add their greifer names to the greifer logs?

But what if you are a man?   You have no kids.

Agreed, but you might have nieces and nephews. So to improve your fitness score, they need to survive as long as possible. Then, the answer is the same: whatever it takes to keep them alive. Feed them; dress them; teach them; protect them from murders...

Btw, not caring about the fitness score is also a viable choice.

Spent a good amount of time building up genetic fitness only for it to tank by my 7 nieces and nephews who all starved in a town full of food before they turned 15. This happens all the time.

How do you even help these people?

If your goal is to raise your fitness score, do like parents do: Whatever it take to keep your BBs alive. This include staying next to them all their lives and force feeding them a bowl a berries.

Btw Twisted has many videos where he raised an afk baby girl just so he could get grandkids.

At this moment, with a lot of new players, this idea is awesome! I like it a lot! Also, having the library close the the berry bushes is a great location for berry munchers who should learn to follow a healthier food diet... By the way, I get it, have you ever eat a gosseberry? Best fruit ever, no jk!

Hey guys, I need your help! I try to play on smaller servers. i.e.:Server7 But even if I use a home marker, I will not spawn at the same place. I guess this is because of the update. I would like to find a way to find my previous spot... I tried running north for 200 squares, east, south, west.... Help!

Both WBSteve and Twisted bring something to the table. I know this incredible and awesome game thanks to Twisted. I don't think that watching a WBSteve video would have inspired me to buy it. That being said, WBSteve do super funny stuff for OHOL gamers. He is the South Park (three Diddy) of the OHOL community. Btw, Thaulos Bulsen do good stuff also! Look him up!

Yeah! Make one hour one life great again!
Regardless of being in flocks or not, this is awesome news! Thank you!

(said in a grampa's voice:) I kind of miss the good old times ...Well... This is OHOL, I miss the times of six months ago. I got in before the big sword craze, back then the patches of biome were random and not as easy to find... We had to walk through 6ft of snow for 5 miles every morning to get to school! lol

But then she explained that she meant to shoot her griefer daughter and ran around getting a medic to heal me and apologized like a thousand times. So yeah I basically felt like an ass. Moral of the story is even if you're the one getting stabbed, if there's a chance they were trying to stop a griefer, wait before you curse.

Ho boy I can relate to this one. It happened to me more than once!

#14 Re: Main Forum » Donkeytown mechanics » 2019-10-30 13:07:05

What if there was a murder count per life. A noble person would normally kill once or maybe twice in a life. A greifer might kill more. What do you guys think?

#15 Re: Main Forum » LOL guys wrong cell! Stone hoe/ steel hoe! » 2019-10-29 23:42:35

Wow! This is a big difference, I had no idea I was such a waster of water and food... Sorry all! Please don't hesitate to share this info in game!

(EDIT)
Ho ok then, steel tools it is.

I mean the issue are not tools nor well limit, but lack of skill that majority has.
Communication system is also broken. With better communication we could ask even newbies for help in making more advanced stuff.

Coconut, you are clearly a good player. But, just as real life, it is not all of us that knows how to make an engine, make machining tools, cars, planes even Newcomen pumps. The point I'm getting at is that, even if your reasoning is good, I do not think that it is the problem because we need less experienced players. We farm berries, feed sheeps, take care of babies.

Trust! For me, it is trust. Why would someone ask you for something. You want a shovel cause this is a great tool to bury everyone's dead bones and not use it for compost? You want a knife to be able to kill me? You want the last empty bowl to fill it with salt water?

Thaulos just posted a video on this: "Never trust anyone"

Yes, but how to completely prevent that?

What if you would lower the number of skill slot of the running baby's next life?

With the correct numbers, this would be a great incentive not to run or to learn to use the /die command.

#19 Re: Main Forum » Does the tool limit or the well limit cause fast arcs? » 2019-10-29 13:08:37

It is interesting that most of the post are regarding the tool limit. I agree but I do not think that it is the reason that causes short arcs. It is the well limit that is problematic. Keep in mind that when there is a murder fest in town, you cannot run outside of the city and build yourself a satellite town anymore. Well, you can but it is so much harder.
Furthermore, is it possible that we have fast arcs also because of the decline in rabbit trapping? Clothes are not as warm and pies less abundant..
