(I FOUND GOLD!!!) After hours of playing, I could not get this game out of my head. Everyday I'd learn new things first hand, and never got bored. I found gold veins twice, once with and without a pick-ax. It was heart racing beating the clock of death, bears and wolves would try to get into my way but I finally made it to the vein. Upon mining the vein, a (very charming) chime would play, "I finally did it", I thought, but to my surprise you need a clay bowl to pick it up (just a heads up). I tried to place a marker so I wouldn't lose the gold, but couldn't find the materials and got lost doing so, good thing my other marker was pointing home. loosing my cart at the gold site I made a B-line to my village, exclaiming, "I found gold!", but I must've looked like and old fool who lost his marbles. I quickly grabbed the nearest clay bowl and ran north (gold was directly north I was certain). Carefully making my way to the site, vigilant of of predators and my hunger levels. Finally, I made it to the site, quickly grabbed the bowl, scooped up the gold, and headed back home. As I was half way home, I knew it was a matter of time till I succumbed to age death, and stopped, made sure I wasn't hidden behind trees and made it as out in the open as I could, (some-what) near an empty camp... the screen went black, I died of old age, I hope someone finds the cart with the gold hidden behind a pick-ax and knife. |
