The game is amazing, worth every penny. I've enjoyed most of my playthroughs and have had some genuinely emotional moments with other players. I still find it hard to believe how invested I've gotten in characters I only got to play for an hour.
It took me a while to get used to the controls but I actually really like how simplistic they are now. My only real complaint is the naming rules. I get that people might start naming their kids really crappy names, but I don't think that would happen all that often (from my experience the good moms tend to take very good care of their children) and not being able to name kids anything you want really messes with the whole roleplaying aspect of the game.
I hope that that part of the game changes, either getting rid of the limitations entirely, or greatly expanding upon the allowed name list. |
