I DON'T THINK THE GENE UPDATE HAS HAD ANY IMPACT. THERE IS STILL JUST AS MUCH SUICIDE AND MURDER. I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO MOTIVATE THROUGH REWARD RATHER THAN MAKING CONSEQUENCES. LIFE IS MOTIVATED BY CONSEQUENCE. YOU NEED TO MAKE LIVING HARDER FOR THOSE THAT MAKE LIVING HARDER FOR US.
