I was born to my mother in a forest who took care of me till I could pick things up. Then she abandoned me to the elements, where I almost died to starvation. After 2 years I found a civilization and became a carrot farmer for 20 years. I heard talk of this game and did a repeat of my life on this game.

This game is absolutely amazing! The first experience where I really feel sheltered by the community. I have just recently reached old age with a character, and could not help but feel proud of what I was leaving behind (things that were left behind to me when I was a teen). If you want to feel like you are part of something much bigger than yourself then this is the game for you!

With the update everything seems to be a bit more difficult. You find Axes everywhere and half assed farms nowhere close to water sources or even with any means to carry water. Wish the world would get flooded and remade so we could have a nice fresh start.

The moment I was born i witnessed a large grizzly bear galloping toward me as my mother took off running. I didn't stand a chance.

10 out of 10

Would get vored by a bear again.

I keep playing this game and I see the struggle between the Ayn Randian ideology where a few superheros build civilization despite the rest of the population vs the collectivist approach, saying that because many people are doing the simple work of getting food, some people are able to build better stuff.

I keep seeing many things in this game (and I keep playing the game). The world is bet...
