man this game really hits you, i was raised by a young mother who died by a bear and i had to fend for myself as a little girl, i carried on her farming and raised my own who ended up running off and doing there own thing when they became big enough. i farmed and farmed and ended up creating a huge stock of food that i had no one to share with since i had gotten old so i left all my carrots behind... |

Never a dull moment in this game. It succeeds most in its utter lack of forgiveness. If you mess up, forget something, or poorly strategize, you will die. Unless you get lucky.
There are themes of family, community, communication, survival, and sustainability in this game. When I try to rough it on my own, I can succeed, but it gets kind of boring and I never advance far beyond carrot farmi... |

I LOVE YOUR GAME! IF I COULD ADD AN OPINION. I LOVE THE CHALLENGE OF CRAFTING AND WHERE TO GO, BUT IF THERE COULD BE A CRAFTING TREE TO GUIDE ME. LIKE AN OVERALL SCREEN INSTEAD OF TABS OF NOTES. I GET CONFUSED. ALSO A BETTER WAY TO KNOW WHAT TO CRAFT AND WHAT DOESNT CRAFT. I HAVE A HARD TIME KEEPING UP WITH WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESNT. I STILL CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE A FIRE. LOL SILLY. The moment I saw this game I knew it was something I'd want to be involved with. Everytime i log in i am starting a new life with a new story. Sometimes they're simple other times not so much. I really like this game but i wish there was a way to learn how to craft that was faster and i wish your hunger would not go down so fast but besides that its a great game. |
