so a while back some one post a thread that lead me to the youtuber called WBsteve and while I don't remember who posted it on formus but I have been watching his videos and just to day he posted this (in my clock) and I think it paints a pretty bloody image at OHOL at its worst.....

Kettle corn =
clay crockpot + popcorn(full bowl)*3 = Crock with popcorn

crock with pop+ sugar = crock with sugar and pop

crock with sugar and pop + salt = ketal corn mix

Ketal corn mix + clay plate = covered ketal corn mix

covered ketal corn mix + hot coals = popping ketal corn


popping ketal corn mix + 30 secs = covered ketal corn on ashes

(remove crock) = ashes + covered ketal corn


take of plat and BAM three bowls of kettle corn! YUM              FOOD = 5 per bite (4 bites per bowl)

and I'm to lazy to finish this list so see you in a bit

though it is severely restricted, instead of 50% chance of understanding a letter as a child.
you only have a lets say a 10%  chance of understanding it... and the language you learn from then on won't be passed on to your children. allowing for a slow learning in adults while still needing to teach the young.

I feel like that Jason making eves spawn closer to gether was a good thing I was getting tired of just having: family = town...

I also enjoy the language feature as your people slowly learn languages... and having family's divide by race isn't  really a bad thing it does promote racism (using a race as a marker to kill)

what Jason really screwed on was swords that just ruined the whole point of "coming to gether" I believe that most of the forum agrees is not all agree that swords ruined this update.

its gotten better do to nerfes but it still is the main reason why people aren't"coming to gether"  I feel that the community should have first discused swords, before them being implanted in the game, and they should have had more time to get adjusted being closer to gether

How about when you stab some one with a sword will get a 60 second cooldown.... BUT when some one else from your family pads you. you loose the cooldown and can stab another person, but the person who padded you will take in your cooldown.... as they carry the bloody pad.

In some sick way this is what Jason wanted war, sadness, trade, family priority..... but this was obviously the wrong way to do it, bringing the eves closer was good, different languages are annoying, but the killer is swords we can't trust any one out side our family! its sad but it it was it is all we can do is plead for change by present a better option

wow why is their so much hate on spoonwood? sure some times he is nitpicking which we all do at some point but usually he us just challenging ideas and common beliefs...

I don't really like this nitpick attitude but with out the people who nitpick we wouldn't be able to see problems that would or have arrived...

you are a corn farmer and you need some new tools so you go to the smith but the smith doesn't want any corn! but he does want eggs, and the egg man wants carrots an the carrot farm needs seeds, ext ext

once a monarchy (government) was developed the idea of currency was created because its very hard to collect taxes if every one has an individual produce how do you determent the value of certain items?
because sure corn is important but if carrots are more important should the carrot farmer pay more?

and also have currency made it easer to trade! no more bartering!

originally the government would mint coins witch would made by the government and were made out of precious metals, but when we realized how rare they were and as the economy inflated we needed an easier way to make money so we started to print out money!

I think instead of making coins we should make paper bills because paper is easy to make!


this would be a undyed stack of cards + green/black/yellow/red all work (except for blue makes cards) = bills

well I still think that the springs should be 1200 tiles apart form each other
this means it would take 5 min to travel to spring A to spring B

and also encourage the building of higher teck for transportation

the farthest a person can walk in one life is 14400 tiles this isn't recommended for spring distance

but I think that 1200 tiles = 5 min would be prime because its close enough for people to walk to and far enouph for people to want to advance in the travel teck tree!
