Cap the number of /dies at 40 a day. This would reduce the number of die babies by 25 percent. Put up a counter. If you use them all up you just can't play. This isn't going to reduce the number of people playing because it's so few people who are doing this.
It's not the softest nicest solution but I don't see how spamming us all is helping them get what they want and it's annoying everyone.
Cap it at 15/day, make it count. You get +5 every +50 years old life. Thats pretty lenient, we are just used to choose where we play in the most abusive way.
- I believe the term "Berrymuncher" is derogatory and therefore I shall use the term "Berrier" instead.

This seems very fair.

Careful to not encourage runners again. Any underage death should be accountable for. Time cap should be set at the minutes after which a player is already invested.
When you run out of deaths you get 30 minutes of DT, after which you get some new die +.
If it's a new player it won't harm them much, on the contrary, they can use that experience to learn survival basics and experiment without getting nagged on by others.
For everyone else it should be a small yet annoying enough deterrant.

Even if you run out of lives, you should be able to play the tutorial. It's easy to live to 50 or 60 there, so gaining a new set of /die tokens wouldn't be hard.

I think that seems very fair. In any case these data show that there is an issue.
