After the update last night, the map seed switched from 32-bit to 64-bit to reduce brute-force guess-ability. This means the biome map got shuffled.
I decided not to wipe the map as part of this change, and let the chips fall where they may.
For most things, there's no problem, but for "changing" objects that were seen previously (like milkweed and moving animals), there's some out-of-biome occurrences.
As you keep moving west into unseen areas, this issue will go away.
I don't think it affects biome specialization too much, because trees, sulfur pits, and oil wells don't auto-change just by someone walking past them.

Is there a way we could reset the map ourselves except the apocalypse tower?
Killing a griefer kills him for 10 minutes, Cursing him kills him for 90 Days.
4 curses kill him for all of us, Mass Cursing bring us Peace! Please Curse!

I guess 8 hour not seen still works?
what about fencing an area? how much distance outside a fence blocks out unseen parts inside? like 7 tiles?

Playing OHOL optimally is like cosplaying a cactus: stand still and don't waste the water.

Does apocalypse tower still work? It's been a long time since I've seen one.

Actually it affects biom specialisation cuz I saw a sulfer hot spring in a green biom and was able to pick sulfer from it as a brown skilled person when only dark chocolate skinned people should be able
Build bell towers not apocalypse towers

a guy kill the mouflon then fed everyone with pie
even with a posse, I couldn't reach him as I couldn't go with a knife through the desert
I finally went through with clicking through the other side of biome then I dropped knife to the desert, never to be retrieved again
the town ran out of water too, it's just giving protection to griefers from other families

Can we make the official names for the races in OHOL be Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, and Ginger?
It sounds so delicious!

I will only notice things from other people. Even though I liked the ending of the rift, I still felt discouraged about playing again, because of the removal of content in the form of tool limitations. Racist removal of content? Nope, not interested in playing.

only brown people can make endstones (probably)
And only if they can get back to the old rift zone.
