What is your favorite role to support the town?
I personally prefer hunting and trapping. Many rabbits have died to my snares and wolves to my arrows. I also like foraging basically anything out of town.

I like making compost, not shepherding. I steal poo.

Probably smithing, can be frustrating when people crowd your workspace with there babies and use my fire for omelets or just mess with my stuff in general.
But it's great once you get going, You also get alot more respect doing this job then you would for something like farming. It's almost like your own business when people come to you requesting tools and the occasional payment of food.
Shepherding is probably second favorite, like smithing it's annoying when people mess with you. You also need a knife or someone else with a knife helping you, If your lucky someone will give you one but nost people won't trust you.

This may sound boring but I love berry farming. Keeps the town fed while I’m able to socialize when the bushes are growing.

You mean trying to get cursed and getting yourself a sex slave while someone else is trying to kill you.

Proper spacing is important I've seen too many crammed towns then clutter builds up and everyone stands in your way as you do stuff. Also the knife problem if it's not in the hands of someone responsible it's killing someone but the shepherds suffer because of trolls and fear of trolls. Even the though the trolls are much less common these days.
Though I tend to need a knife fight rattlesnakes in an epic fight to the death. See we have this mutual agreement, we hate each other and will kill each other on sight. Not in real life I had a pet rattlesnake for a while his name was Mr. Van Slithersss.

If you've seen a sign locked to a wall it's probably one of mine. I've always liked to do sign work as having a town name distinguishes it from all the other little towns that crop up. As of lately since the population split I've been more focused on building random oddities. If I'm actually being productive I generally enjoy being the shepherd.

Okay wow, you're into stereotypic roles with this game, huh? XD
I don't care about my sex, I just do what is needed and what I am interested in at the moment, always keeping in mind what helps the town. I don't like villagers that make iron while all food is going to get eaten and we have no soil or compost.
Since I never actually built something out of wood or stone (except a well), I want to focus on that next.

I like to clean up the giant mess that most towns end up being. Bits of flint, bowls and plates, random seeds, etc. clutter up the whole area and cuts into people's time by a lot as they try to find the axe among the colossal mess on the floor. Especially around the forge. Putting all the tools in one spot, putting excess food, seeds and bowls into baskets, finding and returning tools that people have dropped far outside the town, makes it so much easier to plan and do things. Even better if there is an abundance of rope and logs around to make chests.
Most of the time it's near impossible though. Either I spawn in an eve camp, or the town is lacking food or there aren't enough baskets / carts to properly organise things. Or the town has 10 kids running around and my efforts get undone immediately.

Clubbing seals. They are dangerous, right?

Trapping and hunting are always my go to favourites, especially in new towns where i like to make bags for everyone. Ironically I only ever seem to end up being a wolf hunter when I'm a women, which isn't ideal- but its fun rping at being a terrible mum sometimes haha.
In bigger towns I'm a big fan of being shepherd or cook, because they feel helpful and not overly repetitive- plus raising kids when your head chef is very easy!
just here putting off doing my assignments

I steal poo.
Just tell that to somebody IRL.

i like making the village sweet wolf hats

I like making buckets. I grow the milkweed myself some where far off if I can. Getting boards and disks is easy in a developed town.
I like making pies, especially mutton and rabbit. It clears up the by-products of other things + feeds people.
I like building, but almost near do it.

I like huntin' bunnies, namin' babies and making armor from bunny butts.

I usually like cooking, usually pies/stew and more often as a female as it'll keep me near enough camp to raise my children while I work. Either that or tending the sheep and getting compost going. As a male I can venture out a bit more without having to abandon either my work or my kids, and will opt for iron runs or rabbit hunting.

Yeah, it's unheard of. Everybody else hates planting milkweed so much, that they would rather build prison plantation for cursed inmates:
