I think the real question is wether people wanna wait in the womb to be born. I think people gonna be even more upset if they got abandoned after waiting to be born.

Perhaps the women who is "next in line" for a child would get an indicator. Wouldn't help much if there was rapid fire player spawns, but I suppose it could mark the next several in line based on current average birth rates.

i dont think a camp is working that way
most of my ideeas limited by the fact that jason didnt define what is a city
like automatically
for example a city center and x tiles around it
then you could have data about it, or rules set to it

for example 1 woman pregnant at a time, or two, the young ones, not the older

now is just like 3 kids pop in 30 sec as an eve
