Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

Or are you Americans busy in rioting in the streets?

Playing OHOL optimally is like cosplaying a cactus: stand still and don't waste the water.

Update will be today, sometimes things get pushed back a day depending on what is in the weekly update.

Re: Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

yea for sure dont mess around with Americans...

Hope Jason is not rioting, he has already enough riots in his game.

Maybe he should add the ability to burn stuff down like in rim world, then we can have true riots to let out the anger and an easy way to clear old villages, just burn then down and then let nature do the rest.

yea, looks like we kept Jason again busy for a week with our "bugs" like gradient wells or cluttered sheep pens ...

Will try to not post a new issue this week, except a real bug... i guess the eve placement will need a fix after the new west placement, sorry for that...

Please don't give Jason ideas like this.   Last time we had a joke suggestion, we got the engine scrap box.

Re: Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

he went rampant last night, he was clearing bugs like crazy, i got the dead tree/sealed slashed rubber tree non-hungry work issue solved in an hour or less

i still would prefer some actual content, all we ever have is water issues

lol yea, wasnt it committed at April 1....  i guess i wait for at least ten more months before suggesting it...  compared to engine stealing at least you have a higher chance to recognize the thread when everything is suddenly kind of hot. Just imagine what would happen to fire plus Kerosin tank.... maybe i really saw too much of these riot videos the last days....

"Adding more things to the game that makes such trans-generation communication necessary is a good thing.
I'm well aware that many players HATE the idea of trans-generational cooperation and communication."

Jason is really hardcore smile  Just little sad that he does not like the explore game-play.

Re: Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

The best way to grief now is by opening issues in GitHub and propose something that could be turn in to a nerf.
Pein and twisted incentivized Jason to nerfed mutton this week tongue ( I might actually incetivesed him to nerf carnitas too :facepalm)
I have an idea to turn this into baff I would join now to test this out.

Food efficiency now
In any case be careful what you write in GitHub guys this thing is Dangerous!

Killing a griefer kills him for 10 minutes, Cursing him kills him for 90 Days.

4 curses kill him for all of us,  Mass Cursing bring us Peace! Please Curse!

I might have messed of the Eve placement this week....

yea posting something in github is like a lottery 50% you can win 50% you can loose, very dangerous thing...

Maybe thats Jason way to hint to us that we should be very sure before posting something there....

Spodnie got some more gradient dry springs this week, to quote him:

Jason - Github wrote:

I've been meaning to add some diagonal ones for a while. I'll do that now.

This does the opposite of what you [Spodnie] want (makes them even more useful).

I'm really trying to eliminate as much "wandering around randomly" gameplay as possible.

Spodnie - Github wrote:

: "Damn tongue"

At least not the worst...

UPDATE: After running around again with an Eve to find a not dry spring, having more gradient springs could be quite useful, just wonder why none of the dry springs we encountered where gradient dry springs?

I guess Jason would be a great King, he is very focused on what he wants and what he does not want and on top of it has a high priority for beauty. But i guess beeing some kind of VOG is even more fun ....

Just got an idea, lets collect some funds and buy Jason the game "Yes. you Grace" and then let him play life while we watch his decisions per stream, that would be quite fun!

My god this remembers me so the github game:

Petitioners come and can give petitions....

Lot of griefing robbers and fake petitioners around and some teenage daughters.... and super hardcore....

Re: Did i miss the weekly update or did the weekly update miss me?

i mean i suggested the solution too just he ignored it

there is a slight issue with splitting sheep food since that's already existed for rabbits, but its not 2 portions, its 3.
the same thing as sheep food, and already has the transitions, bait in pouch and stone

i was not suggesting that lambs should be more expensive, i pointed out the nerf happening if he does that

basically you had 1 food for 1 wool or 4 meat
now you get 1 lamb for 1 food but it won't die, and the other things remain

my suggestion was a middle-sized sheep that only gives wool but no meat but grows bigger and gives wool again if fed
so that would of been a buff to wool but nerf to meat
also, I suggested that each sheep eats one portion of 3 bait bags, so technically it would of costed 1/3 for wool, 1/3 for lamb and 1/3 for growth
the growth would of been cheap wool but no meat
he is lazy to resize some sprites for it

this case he just had to adjust clothing resource needs, which was kinda nerfed already before. if wool is 33% cost, but less meat, then he just could adjust wool cost to 3x or 2x. We got a lot of meat if we feed sheep, people still can't use it all, when I play, generally, I will bring some wild wheat to process the meat. The 5th meat won't do much.

He made a twitter post.

And another post that he was lying on the ground. Maybe because of that he didn't start the update procedure!?
