Buying this game is hard...

I really can not understand what am I doing wrong. I think I have read all the posts on this forum about this topic and I still can not figure out what to do.

I cannot pay with my card because whatever reasons I don't know and I cannot pay with Amazon because of the same problem. I have paid so many times with this card on Steam and other platforms but here... I don't get it. And I cannot make a PayPal account because I don't have the age so this is not an option for me.

Anyway, I don't think anybody can help me because I don't think there is another way than trying again and again and again hoping that you will get a different result.

But if anyone think that can help me, please do.  PLEASE ! I really want this game :(
