Does anyone else have these weird disconnections?
Usually it disconnects twice from a game and then ok, but recently I have longer disconnections and my character is... moving around when I'm off the screen. 
Something with steam account or game itself?

All fine for me... Maybe it's your connection the problem?

All fine for me... Maybe it's your connection the problem?
im in south pacific and I'm fine, europe is closer to US, so something else

Nope, even played a few lives since the latest update and didn't have trouble.
I did have trouble with another game year ago, that went away when I swapped my router or changed firmware. One thing you could try is playing from somewhere else or doing some network tests.
The dslreports test has some extra technical details around packet loss and such.

I still have it and it's not my internet. If it was my internet, my character will be standing at the same place. I once /died as bb and then I was reborned as pre-used character (adult, dressed, in town), I gave up because of disconnections. It's something with a game, I guess that sometimes I'm sharing character with somebody, when disconnection happens game try to put new player into my character and he/she moves when I'm off the screen, until giving up, then disconnections ends.
