setting up twins

Me and my friend have been trying to set up twins, but there is no button to click to go the twins area.

any suggestions on how to fix this?

Looks like you need to fix your frame rate first.

Here are some ideas for moving slow, which is not quite the same things, but it still has some of the adjustments.
