It seems like onemap isn't updated to the latest map seed. Is there any way to view the current map and possibly well locations?

Nope. On occasion we get a checkpoint when there is a server restart without a map wipe.
Before arcs I thought about collecting data from mods or replays, but I'd probably put some kind of delay on it.
