Jason are you ok with bots?

I am developing a bot for testing purposes, i have heard rumour that i think are untrue that you banned someone for using a bot.

when joriom run his santan, the only issue jason had is not to run more of them

it did nothing bad, they even fed babies if they asked it and some random messages

No rule against bots.

Joriom got in trouble last year b/c his bot was being disruptive and swamping the review server with fake reviews (his bots got more hours than all the other players, by playing on multiple servers 24-7 or something, to put his review at the top of the list).

Don't overrun the game with loads of bots in a way that disrupts the game.  Don't use bots to "fake" things or exceed human capacity.

But a bot here and there in the game would be interesting, and it's definitely a rich research project.

Alright Jason.
I'm currently working on a simple farming bot, it may go and plant a lot of berries so.... that's the only problem is see it having as i explain in that screenshot that walrus took.
Since i own 4 account i will operate all 4 of them together so it may make matters worse, but i'll try moderate what the bots do.

Also this is just a research project, im trying to get better at programming so i thought this would be fun and challenging.

Just go do it on one of the sparsely populated servers?  Keep it off the main?  Seems like something you wouldn't need permission for, if you kept to yourself.

Yea a bot that collects and stacks flat stones and iron could be really awesome. Or goes around processing rocks. Not as funny as a maleficent berry farmer though.

Yeah bots that collect stones and iron or bots that make road are totally a possibilty.
But rn my main concern is a farming bot.
After that maybe some new stuff.

Then start at the bottom, first you need soil to do anything. So make a compost bot.

Nah, just make two bots whose sole purpose is to find each other, RP for most of their lives, and then spam War / Peace to the server in their old age.
