I was in nimo ntown when a guy came with a car

later i found one wing and then one in other town, actually i made a new and found one more
also found the propeller
and the 1000 year old palm oil
so i converted the car

whenever i run onto the fast road, it bumped me into the nearest open spring
which was quite close near middle city near where the line leading to south town

the work it needs to make it into a plane, would justify that we select where we go with it
or at least allow us to convert it back cause seems it uses kerosine much faster

Made a landing pad at home, but kept flying back to same landing pad...I broke it, then arrived at a spring nearby

Plane used to dump you on the Eve spiral if no landing pads were present in chosen direction, so it makes sense it's working like this. If anything it's a buff because it's now harder to irretrievably lose the plane.

should be from landing pads to landing pads and maybe a minimap to show if there any locations with landing pad

It is from landing pads to landing pads, it's just that if there is no landing pad available it dumps you at an eve location

I agree you should be able to remove the airplane kit to turn it back into a car.

Ok my bad what i meant is it's from road to landing pad but unless you have two landing pads you cant reach another destination except the eve spring

By fast roads you mean stone roads?

I thought you're supposed to need a landing pad to take off. If there's another landing pad in the direction you take off you'll land there. Else you'll go to an eve location.

no no, we had no landing pad just fast roads
weh ni took up the speed and went on it, it sped me up and dumped me on the spring

Yes if there is no landing pad you will land at an eve spawn, if there is a landing pad you will land there, if more than one landing pad you will land at the closest one in the direction you took off.
