Easy way to increase the character types

Told this but now is more relevant

Each character got young and older versions but even with 3-4 similar players people cant tell the difference
Now that we got limited to skins, we could have randomized characters

Eyes: straighforward, just mix each woman eye with other womans eye, already bit different looking chars. I guess male eyes are quite similar to female ones

Mouth and nose, same, each char has one for baby, adult and old, the set could stay but chosen randomly at birht

Hairs: they might need a recolor between races, and keep the gender specific long female and short male hairs but the styles could be reused

everything else is the same anyway

now the black people could have all black instead of ginger or blonde hair, just the style
the hispanic/creol ones could be on a darker shade of ginger or brown for blonde

The game already has them
not sure on positioning, that might be odd, as jason had characters made different times, the general rule was put something on middle of screen  then offset it to match so the offset numbers might differ but i don't see much difference, some eyes are partially covered by hair and a bigger eye woudlnt be much visible but i think that's fine

we already got all those sprites so attaching the unique parts to objects by random would be good
ofc all this right now is an object, so you can just preload all of them and when they born, they already loaded in
in case of combinations the same thing could only be archived saving all combos
but last time he said we can download all graphics at once then the game loads it before so i guess that's not a big issue

desaturating hair styles and darkening them wouldn't be too hard

so just with the regular hair types we could have a lot more characters per race

Playing OHOL optimally is like cosplaying a cactus: stand still and don't waste the water.

We should also make more skin tones though, because there are more than 4 skin tones out there.
Another thing - in the real world gingers aren't as common as black people. If you want to get technical, people with really dark skin were the first Homo Sapiens, not some rare side character added later. I've said this before but I think it's important.
