Fps mismatch! Help?!

My game has been running smoothly but today when I tried to play, I just got an error message.
"FPS MISMATCH"
What do I do to fix this?

ITS STILL NOT WORKING
It just goes back to ERROR: FPS MISTMATCH DETECTED. VSYNC CHANGED? MEASURED 38.1 FPS EXPECTED 60 FPS"
I'm not on a laptop I'm on a pc
I've reinstaled and its still the same

restart the game, its because you moving your mouse/clicking while loading, don't touch anything until shows both icons (play/friends)

sometiems is from letting the client on for long
sometimes you will be superspeed, like a horse, which is funny, but even if you can survive and just scout around, you wont be able to survive as it needs to wait to simulate the real time lost

try quit the game (Esc and then shift + the button with number 4 and the symbol "%") and reopen it
