How to curse players with a roman numeral in their name ?

I am just curios about cursing players that might be named :

[Insertname] III
or
Bob IX
or
[Insertname] I

You curse them with the name exactly as it is written.

So to curse a player named Sally West lV, you would say "curse Sally West IV"

Always include the Roman Numerals if the name has them

The suffixes mean that someone else is also named that so you need to make sure you have the correct numerals otherwise you might be cursing an innocent person. And no one gets the suffix "I" their name just stays the same.
