Kills and healing

Its been a lot of discussion about it and people only want nerfs to the killing mechanism
but the truth is that cowards and opportunists abuse it more than should be

first of all, if you stab someone, and gets healed, he shouldnt be  able to attack you on a cooldown, other might be but not him, he should be on slowdown just as you, its fair to attack back after, but its too easy to lie, get healed and kill you after

second thing: if someone is murdered, the clothes shouldnt be removable until the killer is on cooldown
people steal something from you, then its a stab, but the next person just takes it anyway, so even if its a fair duel and the loot belongs to you, thiefs and scavengers benefit from it only

i risked my lfie the other day and dueled the attacker, then a girl who was hiding all the time just comes and takes the pack and the knife

3rd thing: the game should recognize when both parties have a knife or bow, and consider it a duel, or let us initiate duels and lock everybody else out for a timeframe of a few minutes, this shouldnt be used as protection, you could only offer duels when holding a knife or bow

if you got a friend and others got a friend, and you got some problem to settle, a or b side is right

the victims weapon shouldnt be reusable over and over, put it on cooldown for at least 30 sec
this stupid chain kills with no reason make no sense

the other would be breaking the knife upon using on humans, for example 2 uses break the knife
truth is you should get th weapon if you kill someone with weapon, so could be reversed, to break the victims weapon if succesful or break yours if its healed
it would be a waste of iron yes, but if someone cant make a knife it doesnt even deserve it
same goes for arrow, should lose the tip and the fletchling as well

or just rework the whole thing to a normal combat system and remove this cooldowns, nowadays people just stab the one who kills a griefer to get his gear, the whole cooldown protects the newbees but is too powerful for medium skilled players, cause they would stand no chance against someone with no cooldown but this slow makes impossible to escape on slowdown from a decent player
