Arrows to town

I have started making arrows out of natural materials when i am out of town. All the arrows pointing in the direction of town so that in the event somone is lost they may find it. Or if we die out an eve can find the town.

Best case is that another town will find the arrow and try and find the vilage and that we may all share and trade.

Id like to see more people making arrows far away from towns so that we have markers to other towns. What is your thoughts on this?

My thought is that no matter what you do, if you plan ahead for the future , it is a step in the right direction

i always do, suggested weeks ago, branches, flatstones etc

if you ever seen iron in straight line to a mine that was me
or flatstone trough desert

Yeah it's really helpful to make markers. Another good skill to have is being able to read the landscape as you run around.
In my last eve run i was trying to find a location when i came across a fruiting cactus.
I said to my child "hmm people have been here" not far from that location we found a starter camp.
