I've tried to buy this game 4 times using 3 different forms of payment over the past 2 days and every time it tells me that it couldn't be processed. What gives?

It's possible that Contact Information should be in line with the registered information of that type of payment.
For example, if my Credit Card's address is assigned to a PO Box but if I put my physical address instead, the payment may not go through.

I've checked it. I have tried every form of payment at this point. This is the error I get every time:
"Order Not Accepted
We regret that your payment or order could not be accepted. There are many reasons why this might occur. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
