Funny as fuck, new meta

I born into a small farm, there were some people running around mom, aunt, some guys
then uncle collapsed, i was still a baby when a pack dropped near me, then i see other guy had it, then i realize after 5 guys running with pack, one by one, we only had one

but we had 2 raw stew and no fire
cause no firebow
cause someone needed to make a flint tipped bow drill for cart wheels
mom fed me once and died, i picked up the pack, ran 3 biome away, return with berries and onions, left it for the only girl alive
she didnt eat it, she died in a right forest, 20 tiles away

i was 100 tiles away with no marker, returned in 5 min, berries came back and carrots too
made a rope quite easy, fire bow
we were doomed

cooked the two stew, ate a bit then hugged a snake, she didnt gave me babies

too often i see people make stew without all tree ingredients and too early too many
no bowl to water no bowl to forge, too many planted

We had a little camp on discord and we were working on stew, but we ran out of girls.

How do you make stew?

you need 3 plants, dont even start before it
squash
beans
corn

squash needs axe or hatchet to break
beans needs 2 bowls at least, after gone dry
https://kazetsukai.github.io/onetech/1217-Clay-Crock
you need to make a crock out of 2 wet bowls, take with tongs, put in kiln, first you get the squash, break it on a plate, put in crock, soaked beans, then corn kernels
some more water
then put a small fire, wait ashes and put on it, you get 8 portions with 2 food each

the downside: you need a lot of clay
i would recommend having separate carrot or bean farm at first, make a lot of bowls, dont take the ones made before
i usually make 5 bowl 3 plate and a noozle first time
i would recomend 15+ bowls to start making stew and max 2 plots for cabbage and squash
popcorn for elders and babies

carrot is still most convenient for food
now berry is slower, and uses soil

things get messy from the lots of seeds around

Re: Funny as fuck, new meta

The plus side of berries now is that they do not need to be tilled each cycle, this may make them into end game food.

Only because odd balance. I mean, it's impossible, a single berry filling 6 hunger, when baked potato only 7 smile
