In windows Desktop is usually fine. You could check the folder properties or you could try running it as administrator. Good Luck smile

I've tried desktop several times.

Maybe age has something to do with this, as my computer here is 11 years old...

delete the onelife.bak
rename onelife.exe to onelife1.exe

give administrator priviledge
check firewall, should work

it creates a new onelife.exe, use that one if onelife1.exe fails next time
