There is no way to remove newcomen towers

Are there any plans to make a way to make them removable? they are being used as a griefing material to put permanent walls to close entrances and exits and by the time of making this post there is no way to remove it once it is constructed.

Re: There is no way to remove newcomen towers

There's a github issue for this - https://github.com/jasonrohrer/OneLifeData7/issues/248

It's definitely an oversight, this is going to get changed when Jason goes through the github issue list (which will hopefully be soon).

Re: There is no way to remove newcomen towers

i seen people making them randomly

was some github roast fter mofobert made one near a tarry spot then someone made a few near a room

i had a cousin make a 2x1 room out of it which had no purpose
also i seen a bell surrounded all but one tile (which allowed a kid placed in to ring the bell)
but mostly everything else is removeable so they should be removeable too

don't make it too easy, like an advanced tool plus an advanced resource
like drills have only one use, so should be drill plus rod making a wrench, it gets used up or turned back to a state where you got to drill it again
also has to be put in simmering palm oil
this would make it accident proof and a bit harder and a bit realistic, oil it so you can move the parts
then you would have a waiting time of 1 minute and 4 to remove it

it would be annoying to just disassemble a well placed tower, and no way a game can tell what is good or what is bad placed

if it would be just a mallet or adze then an eve could take it apart and run away with the core
