the point is: yes, i dont have to make stuff, i dont like... but with the language i have no choice. thats the reason why i find it so bad.
yes, i gess there are too less people for language-servers...
...but i had an idea... also good against the baby-die: you could choose the conditions, you want to be born... example: male/female, eve/big town, mother with your language, ect.... (but i dont think anyone cares... and there are many ideas outthere...)

so a ohol-life becomes even more meaningless... jason was discussing the baby-die-problem. for me its no problem. i just dont care, if my babys ceep dieing anymore...
the baby-hotfix makes the bad a little bit less worse... but an adult can learn a language in some years. so its a stupid game-feature.
by the way: you are twisted from youtube, right? because of your lets-plays i bought this game.
it looked like fun + differtent + ubuntu=means everything for everyone...
i was thinking about making my own lets-plays (in my own language), but now i dont recommend this game anymore.
i miss this part "This game is about playing one small part in a much larger story." and "...players are collectively conducting an enormous project..."... neverending dieing eve-camps and griefing strangers are no story... thats just irritating!

im not a native speaker (and im not the only one). so communication can be frustrating, especialy in a game where you often have to be fast. (and your writing and reading is slow...)

i realy hate this language-update!
comunication was allready frustrating, when you are not a native speaker!
for example:
too slow, to ask where the pad are, because i wonder "do write "pat", or "ped", or "pad"? -person dead.
or: needing a tool: smithing it by my self, because i dont know the word
or: seeing a newb trying and failing - say nothing, in stead of teaching, because it would be too complicated, and slow to explain
the language-update makes it all worse! worst update ever!
and they are not realistic! in real-life you need 1-10 years to learn a language. that would be 1-10 minutes in the game, not a whole life wasting...
i could explain more, but writing english is too exhausting....

you are right. i was reading some of the stuff... but as i sayed, english is not my first language. ...and i read and write very slow.
thats not my normal behavior... but i wondert, if i should read for hours, or just show my anger... reading in english is very exhausting for me. (and i allready spent houres in the forum.)

yeah, thats right, i think the languages are much worse. they seperate people and killing strangers for no reason became ok. you cant ask them if they come in peace...

normaly people say: if we dont know, if the stranger is good or bad, better kill him!

it depents... in an eve-camp, with many newbs, you must be fast to keep people alive...
as i wrote: english is not my first language so my writing and reading is sometimes too slow for teaching, roleplay, or finding things out... sometimes people walk away, befor i finish writing.
also i thought about servers, for other languages, than english....

its allready hard, to explain my self, in a game, thats so fast, in a language, i only learnt in school. for me english spelling is difficult and so writing fast is hard. (crafting is also harder, when you dont know the words.)

yes, there is the option to play 2hol, or on a moded server... when i want to play alone... maybe i should go back to play minecraft again?

yes, there is that phenomenon: IF YOU ARE STRESSED OUT, YOU DONT RECOGNIZE, THAT WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS BORING.
thats the reason, why you can play action-games for so long. i wanted ohol to be more interesting, not with more action... stupid action, with stupid griefers...
i bought this game, because it was the same game-idea i had: survial as tribal-folks, no npc, born as child of an other player... but i would make some things different...

i cant replay games older than 15.5.19. is it a bug, or just "normal"? ....because of the updates?
i had a very funny game with a receiver on 4.5. ... would be sad, if i coulnd replay it.
and i tried many other save-games... some show "fps mismatch", or " "connection failed", or just nothing...
is there a way, to watch old games?
