I witnessed at least five wounded, from boar, knife and bow, and only one of them died. The other times they were successfully healed (including myself), and by different people at that. People are already getting how it works and how important it is

Thank you!! Looking forward to see how teamwork is gonna evolve both for families and griefers with these great implementations

(Also you announced you would work on a tutorial, which is super neat as well)

All settlements that do not build an altar for the allmighty Jason-Senpai in their first three generations will be destroyed by a meteorite made entirely of sauerkraut

I love them so much! You should do the cutie with dark skin and a ponytail (which she already has as a child) and the awkward boy with a moustache

Gotta be a choice for sure, or every couple will be heterosexual which doesn't make sense

Now if you just think for a second you'll realize that the point isn't to survive but to have fun.

Shut up Cum, You use the forums too D;

But seriously she ran off when I was born and Said it when I F'd, It wasn't because I said Q.

I was just trying to convey that I knew how to survive and that I would contribute. I'm more annoyed at the ridiculously long lineage  ban then anything else.

Banished to the Eves because of things beyond my control.

I like that nickname.

I totally get it though, it is very annoying when you can't really express that you can be useful and just get left behind for another three hours.

If you give a survival purpose to bones then prepare for all your ancestors to get deterred whenever they're needed. Don't have any more ashes or glue? Why don't we just go unearth the Eve's grandkids and use their bodies? Not a great idea imo

Rose pens are awesome!

I wish we had shrubs.  Or smaller trees, kind of like magnolia.  Just for the heck of it.

I like the idea of dwarf trees or shrubs being an immovable sheep pen; a live fence.  I suppose the rose bushes are the closest to this so far.  Also you can make them different colors, right?

Right, but every single rose seed has to be put in a bowl in a snow pile and left for 30 seconds before it can be planted. And if you want another color, it has to be an untouched wild seed left alone for an hour (red) or two hours (white). Not the most practical and definitely not the fastest way if you want to make a pen. It would be beautiful, but roses are a luxury you won't be able to afford if you haven't secured a good food source yet.

It should consume the whole axe, just like Jason plans for pickaxe to be wasted if you want to break a stone wall.

Honestly, you shouldn't be scared of bothering anyone. Your experience of the game is just as valid as any other, and you have a right to experience the game fully. So don't worry, just ask, test things out, etc. Besides all civilizations die eventually, so it's ok if you speed that process up accidentally! (the last part is a joke but seriously this is a game go have fun)

#316 Re: Main Forum » When players suicide because they think their mom is an Eve... » 2018-06-15 21:29:53

Lum

I know right! Happened to me several times recently. I just want to save them from the lineage ban!

Besides if they have in fact spawned to an eve, then they've probably used up all bigger towns with more birthing opportunities, so no point in suicide really.

Jason confirmed it's coming, but he considers it "bigger" stuff to implement, which means it might not come just yet.

This morning, while we were discovering the update, my sister got so obsessed with Geese she insisted on me and her finding as many eggs as possible and hatching them. She even made them a pen and I buried her in it. Her name was Cindy, mine was Nina. It was a lot of fun. Her personal goose was named Bert.

My last life today was in the big big city with aprons and a stone wall and a LOT of people. (Got to plant three white rose bushes I had hidden away by the way)
My mom had a goose and she would run around or sit by the fire and repeatedly pick it up and let it go to produce a honk symphony. It reminded me of the skeleton dance some people used to do haha. She said she needed to go practice her song in the wilds and by that she meant go entertain the farmers. That was a lot of fun too. Her song was called "Quackers for you" and we all joked about it for a bit.

Domestic Geese truly are a gift we didn't deserve. Thanks Jason.

To Deanne,

I manage to bury you near the wall to whom I'm assuming to be your uncle that help you build the wall, and with a gravestone so all might remember you. It's just the two of you. You seemed to be determined to be burry near there. I wasn't going to leave you hanging with the rest of the pile of bones. I hope for you to be reborn once again.

To my sister, Patricia,

I'm sorry I missed your death. It was fun chatting with you! And I learn how to make burritos thanks to you. However, I'm sad I couldn't find your bones anywhere. I wonder where you have died. I tried looking in the graveyard, then I looked around the surrounding area. I was in my old age and I couldn't look any further. I wanted to bury you somewhere special. Though I had fun talking with Feras, our sister about our family. I'm super surprised that all of our siblings survived to OLD AGE. I have never experienced that before. Well anyways, I miss your company. I hope to play with you again!

Hey Uncle George, thank you for feeding me when your sister Cassandra didn't notice she had a baby! -Paden

Cool. Nice work on the roses dude.

I think the only rose rarer than the white is the Red oddly enough. You have to get to it in time and
it will not be during your own lifetime or within the time ban.

That is true actually, it would require more teamwork. Then again, you could easily tell a child about it and they could plant it in their own lifetime. As long as they're serious about it, it shouldn't be too hard? (Thanks by the way!)

Oh my god haha yes that was me once I realized there was more to the town than the little farm I was born in. I recognized it because of the locked house (which was still a work in progress the first time around)

I hope this isn't spam, but I just wanted to thank the people of the very big city for enjoying the white rose bush I planted.

Roses are my favorite thing in this game, so when I found out I had been reborn, I knew where to check for the wild seed I had hidden on the outskirts of the town.

If you don't know the only way to get white roses is to let a wild rose seed (out of its pod) sit for two hours. One hour gives you red roses.

So then I stratified it in snow and finally got to plant it. Some girl even made me a blue rose out of it with the indigo dye!

I was so excited that I didn't watch my hunger and died soon after, but knowing that the white rose bush sits eternally in this town, I am happy.
