Design Process Treats Constructive Players Differently

The design process of this game has treated constructive players worse than destructive players.

When people lived on desert edges and jungles, the game got redesigned for players to stop setting up camps there.

When people didn't have tool restrictions or race restrictions, the game got redesigned to stop players from doing advanced technological projects quickly, and thus stop some people from completing them.
