It’s too easy to curse foreign people.
I don't think a player should be able to curse foreign people in his language. It should be used foreign language.
I saw my ally cursed a foreigner who stoled iron from our town, but, just in my opinion, that is NOT griefing.
Stealing from ally's town is griefing, but stealing from other town is a way to survive, not griefing.
Cursing is used against ONLY griefing.
I know there are objections, it's just my opinion.

You can curse whomever you like for whatever reason you like. There's no set rule that says it must be used for griefing.
