Climate zones

Eve would spawn in biome matching to her race (grasslands would be for whites).

Each zone would have badlands for iron. World won't be infinite anymore, not in all directions.

Each family could gain neccesary things in different way. For example - you need needle from bone for bellows, as ginger you can take bone from fish, etc. All families would wear skins from different animals (gingers - seal, whites - rabbit, desert - lion, jungle - tiger).

Original Eve was banished from heaven. Each biome would have it's own, very rare zone with plenty of stuff - like oasis in desert. Could ancient civilizations lives there, from where our Eve's was banished? That would explain where they came from.

Long as you are making up new animals for biomes, they should all have new ones, why not?

Cow's Leather for Prairie

Then maybe we can get cow's meat and how steaks and burgers.
If that is where we are to go.
