Fixing the bug where a shallow well doesn't unearth more iron along the ley line.
Fixing the baby:mom ratio, to reduce babypocalypse after server restart (even a setting of max 3.0 bb per mom left some moms pretty overloaded last restart, turning it down to 2.0).
These "force eve" ratios are now live server settings, so I can tweak them in realtime in reaction to actually observing conditions on the ground.
There will be a map wipe to test both of these things for real.

Beginning towns shouldn't have more than like 5 people playing there, otherwise it's always a disaster. Even 2 babies per mom is a lot.
Also, if a mom decides to not keep her babies, she shouldn't give birth over and over again only because she has no alive kids.
So I would suggest making max 2 babies per mom in first 5 generations(not alive ones, but in total ), 3 babies per mom in next generations(again, in total).
"Can we afford this baby? Better not keep more babies yet" This is actually an interesting and fun thing. Too bad it affects tool slots, but towns that survived first few generations abandon their babies anyway, there is no other way to survive.
It should always work like this and not only after server reset.
A moms baby counter shouldn't decrease if her baby uses /die.
