You can already buy it with PayPal which doesn't require a credit card.

Look on Jason's web page for his address. If you mail him $20 and include your email address, you can buy the game without a credit card.

This dude Sandi in the discord is in Indonesia and can't use amazon, a credit card or send money to an overseas account. He's desperate to play. I would be happy to buy it for him if I could convince my wife to let me spend money on a game for a stranger on the internet...
