Why can we see what tools everyone else learned but not our own tools
This makes absolutely no sense. You have the code for it obviously if you're tracking everyone's tools. Just give us a little list on the UI.

Why dont you memorize it. You have the brain for it obviously...wait nvm
Writing /tools could display temporarily the list of learned tools
Post it on github if you find it to be an issue for you

It's okay, you're right though. Probably should be some little reminder somewhere or somehow since otherwise you either have to remember or start picking up random stuff (not to mention you don't know if you have remaining tool slots until you can't use a new tool or if the tool won't work.)

I would love this as well. It could even be as simple as typing /tools and it spits out something like: shovel, axe, hoe, shears, OPEN, OPEN
