Cannot load the basket with bones on the cart. This also applies to horse-drawn carts.

That’s an intended change. Something to do with player tracking. You can read Jason’s reasoning for the change here:

You can now do this profession by defacing bones. Just be advised this does remove the player's information and they become "forgotten"

Burying your mom or your grandma, that's perfectly fine. Not everyone deserves a grave though.
