Is someone legit nearly 100 meme score by playing fair and square? I've already leaked the method on how to farm gene score in the discord for anyone wondering but I'm pretty sure both me and first place (I'm third currently) are cheating the system to easily collect up our score without playing right at all.

If you didn't know in the current game you get score for your mother, grandmother, and potentially great grandmother if she's still kicking when you're born in game. These free points are the absolute easiest way to farm score because as a baby you can cut out any younger siblings, sisters, or potential children by hitting /die. By using the /die command you can lose anywhere between 0 points to 0.5 and your mother + her mother/gma can give you much more than the highest possible negative.

What this means is if you burn all your life tokens by spamming SIDS deaths you can farm out the points of all your potential mothers, their mothers, and moms mom too while not risking any griefer children, new players dying young, or pesky sisters/brothers who can't raise their own children. Basically the only downside to farming score in this way is sometimes your mom will lower your score (very unlikely), and that you run yourself out of lives so you can't play. However, if you are going to bed or work you can just suicide 24 times and rake in all those meme score points.

Basically found this loop hole before the last gene score change but it wasn't useful until now.

Hmm... fug, that sounds like a bug.

Ma and g-ma and such are only supposed to count for you if you are 3+ years old...

Though I now am realizing where this bug is lurking... will fix it.

We're on the same team at the end of the day. I might not exactly know the code stuff as I learned through play vs reading code and what not.

You're book smart and I'm street smart. Nothing wrong with having multiple people working together.

living to 60 each life and setting sound policy in villages and preserving tech. doing it in the spirit of the metric. Stats are nice but mean nothing if gained abusively, familiar with ethical practices?

fuq it was painfully obvious the 90s were cheese thats why I called out the how the fuck u doing this thread.

silly old me raising my sisters abandoned children, teaching noobs to basic survival, making eve camps to spread population, sawing logs and drilling discs with my bonus tool slots to gain fitness. I could list more positive things I've done to make other players live longer.

hell I'm cheaters tail go on exploiting score while I solve actual problems of short life spans I'll see ya at the top bugo bois.

you exploiters are funny way more challenging and rewarding doing it legit and actually being good at the game mechanics, why rob self of learning by fake score? for eve spawn? for status? so you do everything self in multiplayer game? silly silly tsk tsk naughty bois

I'm not worried bout keeping up with the jonses I'll stick to being a beneficial impact on villages I spawn at rather than farming them for some meaningless metric, because if the metric is gained thru nefarious mean it loses any meaning as you have simply taken and not given and are a parasite or a bug? LOOOOOOOOOL

yeah which is why today the top went from 65 to almost 100. its painfully obvious to any watching the board when the abuse started.

Hmm, wouldn't people just wait until 3+ to die? It's rare to have a sibling this fast.

That's about 300 times slower than just spamming /die, of course, but still easier than actually playing if you want more tool slots

ugh. here i was earlier today, after starting to read about the difficulties caused by a flood of new players, wondering if i could log in and /die tonight to be #1 off my rating from last week, assuming i'd be taking a slight hit to my rating doing so. Little did i know i could have been actively doing that this whole time to achieve it.

Does restricting it to 3 years old solve it? If your Gma is still alive, i think it might not unless you have at least 1 sibling that dies younger than normal..
