Is the server down?????
so like the title just wondering if the server is down? I uninstalled an reinstalled and have all current updates but it just keeps saying unexpected outcome from server

Unexpected response from server? That's weird.

ok will do. I have everything vanilla and reinstalled it twice 
still same thing
