Today, I made a cross-shaped road system to connect a central spring with the four adjacent springs.   It was very pretty.    The middle of the system was a berry farm with four quadrants.    It's a shame all of our towns have fences around them now.   I've almost forgotten what it is like to build without walls. 

Sadly, the family occupying the town ran out of girls during my last life there.  No time to finish installing the final two roadways, although the flat rocks are all laid out.   Perhaps someone will find the town and repopulate it.    It was a Bean town, north of the Bosmans.      The Bean family itself was still alive last I looked, but in a splinter colony somewhere else in the Rift.
