MacOS crash during "Waiting to be born."

I think this would be the appropriate place to ask, if not I can take it down.
I originally played this game for windows and had no problems. After getting a Mac book I have not been able to play. I can open the game and download the update. When it tells me to quit and restart the application to apply the update that works. Once I open the game to start, I hit login and then the game crashes during the waiting to be born, no matter how many times I try. Any tips?

I just bought the game and are not able to play it. Same thing. Crash at Waiting to be Born

Did you been able to pass this?

Oh. Already found the fix. Just go Back to the application folder and open the most recent version of the game. (v256 in my case). That will work
