Seriously do you realize how hard it is to find two people over the age of fifty five from two different families at the same time to declare peace!? Normally a 48 year old is trying to declare peace with a fifty two year old and it just doesn't work they die before the other turns fifty five.

I’ve lived in multicultural towns and when two families live together, it’s quite easy to have 2, 3 or even ten babies born within 5 minutes, it’s only hard to find two 55 people from different families when they weren’t born in the same town or when actually it’s not a multicultural town, one guy is just a wanderer who found a town and decided to live there. In this case, I don’t think he has the right to decide if his family that doesn’t even know about the existence of the other will have peace or not.
Anyway, 50 years old should be ok if they speak the same length age after generations living together.

On the upside, if it is tough to declare peace, that means it is equally difficult to break the peace by declaring war.

Or.. not, if we let the age to declare war stands on fifty-five, but lower the rate to get peace. Or change the way that it works so at the start you are at "peace" and you can change it to war if you like. Why start with war?
On that note.. Why not get peace/war when your twenty? Or when you can have kids?
