I personally check reported post a couple times a day or atleast daily. funnily enough though instead of reporting the messages in question a thread was made that the mods sucked that they didnt do anything.

The only reason this was reported by only 1! person was cause he talked about it on discord and we explained our side. He then agreed that it might be wise to try and report a post before saying all the stuff that has been said.

Lastly mods are humans to and there is no garantuee we arent occupied for an 8-10 hour window. especially if you dont put any effort into trying to reach us.

TLDR: Report before complaining something isnt being moderated

I would be happy to see my $20 go toward getting someone to deal directly with the griefer problem. In-game moderators that identify and Donkey-Town repeat offenders would be a god-send at this point.

Heck, he wouldn't even need to hire help. I bet there are plenty of people who would be more than willing to do it for free. He'd just need to delegate authority to someone responsible and formalize moderation guidelines so they would know when and how to act.

Out of curiosity, if I report griefer brag threads, will they get banned? Those posts bother me a lot more than Morti's gifs.

Forum grieving is inevitable and interesting.

Making a mess of the forums is totally within the spirit of this joke of a game. I have half a mind to start necroing threads too.

I'll just call it forum natural selection. Only the people with endless patience survive and the forum gets better from it.

As much as I'd like to no, those threads are saddly not against Jasons rules. Id like to make a rule against it. But thats above my paygrade. I do think that the people who respond to those threads instead of just ignoring them are just as much to blame for the toxicity it spreads as the people making them.

Regulating spam is what you expect on a forum, and complaining against enforcing it is idiotic.

Many people did try to tell him to stop spamming but he kept going. I don't think anything but a ban could have gone through to him.

This spamming fest together with his personal attacks towards another member was enough for us to give him 2 weeks of time off. In this time he can cool down and decide if he wants to be a serious member of the community.
