Problem: Beheaded Goose On Stump bug

The Beheaded Goose On Stump

https://onetech.info/1271-Beheaded-Goose-On-Stump

Just squirms all bloody on stumps that have all tiles around it blocked, it is nasty and makes no sense, can it be fixed next update?

It's because otherwise if the goose doesn't have this transition it deletes the stump. Same reason a bear will walk back into it's bear cave if a tile in front is blocked. Otherwise, the bear also deletes its cave.

fug it’s Tarr.

Re: Problem: Beheaded Goose On Stump bug

I've managed to move such decapitated geese before.

Clear out the tile directly below the stump.  If the goose doesn't move soon, throw something like charcoal on the ground and then pick it up with a basket.

Sure, the goose shouldn't get stuck.  But, I've had no problems moving them eventually with that trick in mind.

If an immovable object is directly below the stump... what can I say?  Unless you're trying to block off an area like a bear den permanently, immovable objects aren't fun with respect to how they don't move, except to block off animals in pens.

Or it can just be fixed to have the goose die and let you remove it without removing the object on the bottom tile
