"Unpowered Pump Head" and "Dry Shallow Well" look the same
It's hard to tell these items apart. I met a player who said "wells don't work anymore" he was frustrated because he made a fresh stanchion kit and could not put it on the dry shallow well. I was confused too for a bit.
Would be nice if they looked more distinctive.
Also, was it always possible to harvest stanchion kits from dry deep wells with a pump valve?

It originally was that only shallow wells could get upgraded to a diesel water pump. Then when deep well could get upgraded to a diesel water pump, a pump valve would remove the stanchion kit. So, that's been there for a few weeks, but not as long as diesel water pumps have existed.
