Server wipe protection put in place

If I ever need to wipe maps again for gameplay reasons, I've put flags in place that will protect server2 through server15 from being wiped.  Thus, the wipe will affect only Bigserver2 and server1.

Thanks Jason, I'm sure the people on the off servers can rest in peace knowing their work won't get wiped without them doing something to wipe it.

Thank you Jason.  I know people who so far have played on server7 (Hearts Kingdom players previously) and server12 will appreciate this.
