A real apocolypse

A real apocalypse would destroy all man-made items but NOT restore the natural environment.

What we have now is rather pleasant, all the buildings and items are gone but all the resources are BACK ready to be used again. And you already know the locations of the surface iron, the veins, the springs, pond clusters, milkweed etc. It's like an Eve run do-over. I thought it would be more ... mad max, with people fighting over the last carrot in the prairie and a need to run for ages to find virgin abundant land again.

I was pleasantly surprised. Not that evil all all.  After all that hype!

Re: A real apocolypse

Since the whole game is post-apocolypse, I just think of it as going back to the begining.   Not a new apocolypse  ... a return to the original one that started it all.

Re: A real apocolypse

I'm slightly surprised there hasn't been any people building the apocalypse tower inside property fences, guess the 24hr timer still makes it not happen.
