Leadship?

Has anyone decides if they want to lead a village and what kind of Philosophy they are espousing?

I think we should copy the algonquian indians.

Females farm and take care of children.
Son are super important because they hunt, raid and craft.
They also live in single hut, which makes sense instead of building multiple buildings, just build one and the put the women and children inside away from bears and enemy tribes.

What do you think?
Please give me your ideas, do you think this could be implemented?

I love the idea behind this, but getting everyone on the same page would be difficult, especially for children playing the game. No one wants to be forced to do a role. I do believe that people should work with their strengths because some people are faster than others and can do a lot in a little time and then there are people like me who are not very fast trying to farm and make pies.

If you do come up with a system with a bunch of support behind it, let me know because I would absolutely love to join this way of life.
