Gourds? Watering Can?

What if we had calabash/gourds that could be grown for water containers, could hold 2-3 units of water. The gourd could even have a food stage, but if left to dry on the plant could be cut off, and add a rope for a water container. Bucket is still superior for mass water transport, and is necessary once you have a deep well, but this would be a cool intermediate. If it could take all 2-3 of its water in one click, then even with buckets it would be a great option. At a higher tier, a copper watering can that holds as much as a bucket, but has each use accessible with no intermediate container and only works on dry planted seeds would be really cool. I wanna see more tools with very specific uses, like in futurebirds post.

i suggested watering cans in reddit before and gourds would be nice too

I like the Watering Can idea. Being able to water plants consecutively for a few times rather than going back and forth to a bucket could save some time.
