Town Jobs
Berry Famer :
Just water and add soil to berry farms.
Baker :
Bake pies/bread and any bakery items, generally 1-4 per town.
Smith :
Make tools, work with iron, etc
Carrot/Cabbage/Wheat etc Farmer :
Grows and Farms Carrots, wheat, cabbage etc
Cook :
Makes Stews, Sauerkraut, tacos, omelettes, anything not baked tbh
Hunter (Rabbit or Animals) :
Hunts rabbits for skins and meat, hunts any predators.
Scavenger :
Goes out to get supplies not in town or gathering things out of the village in general.
Gravedigger :
Goes round town and gathers deadbones to create a graveyard.
Sheep Caretaker :
Creates wool items and tends to sheep.

I think it could be simplified into categories. No one can be an efficient member of society and only do one thing all the time.
Jobs in your life comes in stages. No one is 100% anything, besides potentially annoying.
