Pros:
- It is easier to make than pies and doesn't need plates.
- Very high food value.
- Get lots of yarn for clothes.
Cons:
- Needs the use of a knife, danger for griefing.
- Needs carts to transport mutton to an oven.
- Needs most tech possible atm.
- Needs a sheep pen. (check this post for a sheep pen gate, no more opening and closing the fence! https://onehouronelife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=729)
- High food value is only suitable for adults to not waste any.

I spent a lifetime testing out Mutton. Luckily we already had a sheep farm (A rarity for most places). At first, I had to spend a lot of time maintaining the farm, the sheep were dying so butchering them wouldn't help duh. I found a kid who was willing and able to help me out, She kept the sheep fed and even made some clothes.
Once the farm was up and running we had plenty of sheep. I didn't need to kill that many sheep and once it was going they replenished quickly. It works well as long as you don't kill too many. It was a lot faster and more food then pies. I wouldn't replace pies completely but one can definitely produce Mutton easier and faster then pies.
